Hoopla and her sister, Vicki, were seized in an animal cruelty investigation. They lived on someone's property but were completely neglected. They had to search for food and water and they had no shelter. Hoopla is just as sweet as she can be. When you approach her, she immediately rolls over for a belly rub! She absolutely loves people and other dogs, is a perfect size for a companion and is quite a pretty girl, too! Vicki's date of birth is 1/17/15 and she weighs about 24.8 lbs.
